Terms of Service

Prices are in US dollars and shown on the site and at checkout. We may change prices or discounts at any time, but not for an order you've already placed. We can cancel an order (with a full refund) if an item is out of stock or a price was clearly listed in error.

Checkout and payment are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners.

A-BANDS lenses are UV400 sunglasses, not safety eyewear or impact protection. Don't look directly at the sun, and use common sense when wearing them during sport or while driving.

The A-BANDS name, logo, designs, photos and copy on this site belong to A-BANDS LLC. Please don't reuse them commercially without asking. A-BANDS is not affiliated with any university, team or league.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
