Not feeling it? Contact us within 30 days of delivery. 

Opened them? Tried them on? Still get in touch. Tell us what's going on and we'll sort out a return, replacement, exchange or refund on a case-by-case basis. We can't promise every worn pair can come back or that every request is a full refund, but we'll be fair.

Damaged, faulty or the wrong colourway? Email us a photo and your order number and we'll replace it or refund it. No need to argue about it.

Email team@aisforawesome.com with your order number a line about what happened, and preferably a photo if that helps. We reply within one business day. Refunds go back to your original payment method once we've sorted it.

US orders ship via USPS and typically arrive in 3 to 5 business days. We also ship internationally; rates are shown at checkout.
